# Damaged, missing or wrong item

Tell us within 7 days of receiving the order. Message us with your order number, what is wrong, and a photo of what you received.

## Damaged on arrival

Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Send your order number and a photo of the damaged item and of the packaging it arrived in. We will get back to you with a solution.

## Wrong item received

Send your order number and a photo of the item you received. We will check your order and get back to you with a solution.

## Something is missing from the order

Message us with your order number and which varieties are missing. We will check what left our warehouse and get back to you.

## Your order shows as delivered, but nothing arrived

Check with your neighbours, your local post office and any safe place where it might have been left. Then contact us with your order number.
