# Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return.

## What can be returned

Seed packets can be returned if they are unopened and unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in the original packaging. Any labels, tags or accessories should still be intact.

Some items cannot be returned at all:

- sealed goods that cannot be returned once opened, for health or hygiene reasons — this includes opened seed packets
- perishable or time-sensitive goods
- custom or personalised items
- anything used, altered, or no longer in its original condition

## How to start a return

**Contact us before sending anything back.** A return that arrives without prior agreement can be delayed or refused, and a return started after the 30-day window without our authorisation may not be refunded in full.

1. Message us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Wait for our reply. We confirm the return and send you the return address along with anything else you need.
3. Repack the items securely, preferably in the original packaging, and include your order number or the original packing slip.
4. Ship the return following the instructions we send you.
5. We inspect the return when it arrives and email you to confirm the outcome.

## Who pays return shipping

You do, unless the return is our fault. If we sent the wrong item, or the goods arrived damaged, we cover the cost.

Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the error was ours. For returns sent from outside the EU, customs or import duties you have already paid are not refunded.
