# Shipping and delivery times

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays. Orders placed during a weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

## How we ship

We ship from Meppel in the Netherlands. Most orders are sent as letter post without a tracking number. When your order leaves us, you receive a shipping confirmation email with the shipping date.

## Shipping costs

Shipping cost is calculated from your destination and the weight of your order, and is always shown at checkout before you pay. **Shipping is free on orders over €30.**

Within the Netherlands, rates start at €1.95 for orders up to 20 g and rise to €8.95 for orders between 350 g and 1 kg. For all other destinations, rates start at €3.95 and rise to €11.95 across the same weight ranges.

The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay — that page is always the authoritative source for your specific order.

## When to contact us

We cannot give an exact delivery date. If your order has not arrived after the waiting period below, counted from the shipping date in your shipping confirmation, contact us with your order number:

## Import charges

For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply. These are for the customer's account.

## Tracking

Most orders are sent as letter post without a tracking number. If your order was sent with tracking, the tracking number is in your shipping confirmation email. See *Track your order*.
