# Track your order

Most orders are sent as letter post without a tracking number. These cannot be followed online.

## Finding your tracking number

If your order was sent with tracking, the tracking number is in your shipping confirmation email. That email is sent when the order leaves us, not when the order is placed.

If your shipping confirmation contains no tracking number, your order was sent as letter post without a tracking number. There is no tracking page for it, and we cannot create one afterwards.

## Your order has not arrived yet

Count from the shipping date in your shipping confirmation:

- **Europe** — if nothing has arrived after 14 days, contact us.
- **Rest of the world** — if nothing has arrived after 28 days, contact us.

Before you contact us, please check that the delivery address in your order confirmation is complete and correct, and ask your neighbours and your local post office. Then send us your order number.
