Shipping and delivery times
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays. Orders placed during a weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. The estimate you see at checkout covers both.
Who delivers your order
We ship from Meppel in the Netherlands and work mainly with PostNL, DHL and DPD. Which carrier handles your parcel depends on the destination, the size and weight of the order, and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Shipping costs
Shipping cost is calculated from your destination and the weight of your order, and is always shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free on orders over €30.
Within the Netherlands, rates start at €1.95 for orders up to 20 g and rise to €8.95 for orders between 350 g and 1 kg. For all other destinations, rates start at €3.95 and rise to €11.95 across the same weight ranges.
The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay — that page is always the authoritative source for your specific order.
How long delivery takes

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs handling, carrier delays, local holidays and postal conditions can all affect the actual delivery date, particularly outside the EU.
Customs and import charges
For shipments outside the EU, customs fees or import taxes may apply. These are set by the destination country and are paid by the customer, not by us. Your local customs office can tell you what applies to your shipment.
Tracking
Not every shipment has tracking. Lighter orders are often sent as a letter parcel to keep shipping affordable, and those cannot be tracked. Heavier orders are usually sent with a tracked service.
If your order was sent with tracking, the tracking number is in your shipping confirmation email. If that email contains no tracking number, your order was sent untracked and there is nothing to follow online.
If your order has not arrived well beyond the expected window, contact us with your order number and we will look into it.
