Track your order

Whether your order can be tracked depends on how it was shipped.

Lighter orders are often sent as a letter parcel. That keeps shipping affordable, but letter parcels carry no tracking code and cannot be followed online. Heavier orders are usually sent with a tracked service.

Finding your tracking number

If your order was sent with a tracked service, the tracking number is in your shipping confirmation email. That email is sent when the parcel leaves our warehouse, not when the order is placed.

If your shipping confirmation contains no tracking number, your order was sent untracked. There is no tracking page for it, and we cannot generate one after the fact.

Following a PostNL parcel

For parcels sent with PostNL, go to the PostNL Track & Trace page and enter your tracking code together with the postal code of the delivery address. Both are needed.

For DHL and DPD shipments, use the link in your shipping confirmation email.

If tracking has not updated

A tracking code can take up to 24 hours to become active after the parcel is handed to the carrier. Outside the Netherlands, updates can pause for several days while a parcel moves between postal networks or clears customs. Neither means the parcel is lost.

If tracking has shown no movement for more than a week, or your order has not arrived well beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
